Cardiac angiography is an invasive procedure that provides a detailed examination of the coronary arteries. At our hospital, we perform the radial angiography method (through the wrist), which offers a much faster, safer, and more comfortable experience compared to the traditional femoral (groin) approach.
With the radial technique, patients can mobilize shortly after the procedure and quickly return to their daily activities. Compared to the classic groin method, the risk of complications is lower, and patient comfort is significantly improved. Thanks to these advantages, radial angiography is now considered a modern and preferred approach in the diagnosis of coronary artery diseases.
